Charity & Community
At the Round Table we have a lot of fun, however there is a serious side for which we all share a passion. Ultimately our goal is to raise funds for worthy causes. Our focus is on local charities and people or groups in need of a little help. Weorganise a number of fundraising events in the local area and raises thousands of pounds every year.
Below are a few examples of those we have helped.

Recent support to RH1 and RH2
Despite Omnicron in 2021 the charity raised a record amount for local good causes thanks to the kind donations of people on the routes, cashless donations via phones, online at a JustGiving page and donations from local businesses.
- In December 2021 we donated 11 Sainsbury's voucher cards to families at Redhill’s women's refuge for their Christmas day food shop.
- In 2022, we supported ‘The Include Project’, a Redhill-based charity with £1500 to fund choir sessions for people with communication and learning difficulties as well as Makaton sign training for 6 volunteers.
- We gave a larger donation in 2022 to 11 local residential services of Active Prospects, a charity that enables people with learning disabilities, physical and mental health needs to live full and aspiring lives, to install Assistive Switches, Sensory Equipment and outdoor musical equipment that could be used by their 45 residents.
Our support in 2018
We dedicate all our support to local causes in RH1 and RH2. Many of which struggle to find charitable donations from other places.
We are always looking for causes to support so please use the form at the bottom of this page to make us aware of anyone we should be speaking to.
Our last 'Big Dig'
For this years Big Dig we re-painted the dining, living and kitchen area of the local women refuge.
